Good afternoon and Happy Monday!
On May the 4th (be with you), we will have been doing this newsletter for a whole year. And because it was 2020, when I say 1 year, I mean 267 years. And we have enjoyed it. It was a simple enough idea - give people a few moments of joy in their otherwise crowded inbox every day. With many of you, it seems to be something you like.
The truth is our engagement numbers are absurdly high. Like "HOLY MOLY THAT'S NOT HOW EMAIL IS SUPPOSE TO WORK" high, and for that, we are both very proud and very grateful to all of you. The other truth is that it is a fair amount of work to put these together and have them be interesting (and we can tell when they are not interesting...).
